    Panama City briefing

    Logistics preparation. Jungle gear check. Team briefing.

    Day 2

    Entry into Darien

    River navigation to jungle entry point. First bivouac setup.

    Day 3

    Primary forest trek

    Full day jungle progression. River crossings. High humidity endurance.

    Day 4

    Deep jungle

    Isolated bivouac. Wildlife observation. Navigation by compass.

    Day 5

    River navigation

    Dugout canoe progression. Indigenous community contact.

    Day 6

    Extraction route

    Return trek through secondary forest. Final camp.

    Day 7

    Departure

    Exit jungle. Return to Panama City.
