    Day 1

    Arrival Marrakech

    Briefing and gear check in the medina, last supplies.

    Day 2

    Imlil Trailhead

    Drive into the mountains, first walk to a Berber village, mules loaded for the trek.

    Day 3

    Into the Valleys

    Trekking day through remote valleys, terraced fields and walnut groves.

    Day 4

    Around the Massif

    Long traversing day with the Toubkal massif always in view.

    Day 5

    Toubkal Base Camp

    Approach to the Refuge, altitude acclimatization walk.

    Day 6

    Summit Day

    Pre-dawn start, the summit of Jebel Toubkal at 4,167m, long descent to the refuge.

    Day 7

    Return to Imlil

    Final descent through the valleys, last night among Berber villages.

    Day 8

    Departure

    Transfer back to Marrakech. End of expedition.
